    Situation:

    Guest communication needed more flexibility than a traditional PBX and better coordination between front desk, rooms, and mobile devices.

    What was at risk:

    Handle room calls, forwarding to the guest's mobile, room messaging, and scheduled alerts without disrupting day-to-day operations.

    What I handled:

    Implemented internal IP telephony with automatic forwarding of room calls to the guest's mobile, room messaging, and scheduled alarms for service and operations.
