Selected Work

Examples of continuity, coordination, and technical follow-through in real operating environments.

    Hotels & Dining

Room electrical domotics and checkout control

Hospitality โ€ข rooms with electrical control and occupancy logic

    Situation:

Rooms needed to align guest comfort, energy savings, and front-desk control inside one operating logic.

    What was at risk:

Unify lights, outlets, and room state so occupancy, key removal, and checkout would not depend on scattered manual intervention.

    What I handled:

Designed and planned the electrical installation for rooms with domotics controlling lights and outlets from inside the room and from reception, including automation tied to key-sensor logic and checkout routines.

    Operational outcome:

Rooms became easier to manage, with better energy control and a more consistent operating flow between guest, housekeeping, and reception.
Tech footprint: Electrical installation, room domotics, lighting and outlet control, occupancy logic, and reception coordination.
