Situation:

Bank branches and critical or high-security environments where infrastructure renewal had to be executed without affecting service or daily operations.

What was at risk:

Migrate workstations, full racks, servers, networks, and PBX systems without interrupting branch operations for a single second.

What I handled:

Delivered a full migration of PCs, racks, servers, networking, and telephony, including complete recabling, secure data transfer, high-security disk wiping, a renewed tape-backup setup, full asset inventory tracking, and full-time implementation support followed by post-go-live follow-up.

Operational outcome:

End-to-end migration of critical branch infrastructure with zero operational downtime and post-cutover stabilization support

Tech footprint: Workstation and server migration, rack recabling, networks and PBX, secure data transfer, disk sanitization, tape backups, technical inventory, and post-implementation support.
